Description: This is a very rare, highly collectible and desired Northwood Yellow Vaseline Opalescent Alaska Open Spooner.Circa 1897. It measures about 4” square and just over 3” high. The scalloped opalescent rim reminds me of ribbon candy.The four feet on this bowl are still perfect.Glows beautifully under a black light.Due to the fact that this item was manufactured over 100 years ago, there may be slight manufacturing imperfections such as small bubbles or straw marks. However, there are no chips or cracks.I always pack glassware carefully before shipping.
