Trinket Container or Bowl with Lid is made of Terra Cotta and glazed with white paint with Gold Feather plumes. Made by Aldo Londi in Italy for Bitossi. Marked on the bottom '"Made in Italy". It is approx. 5" in diameter, and 1.75" in height on the bottom, and the lid adds another 1" in height. **NOTE"*this item is pre-owned, and has some chips, exposing the Terra Cotta underneath. The knob on the lid has a chip, and the underside lip of the lid has another small chip. The paint glaze itself has several small "air bubbles" where the glaze is missing, very small, giving it a Primitive rustic look. There are a few small chips on the inside lip of the bowl/bottom. And one larger-more significant chip on the inside lip. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. Can only be seen by removing the lid.
