Etching is in excellent condition with no fixing or repairs. Hard pressed to find one any nicer. Framed measurement is 10-1/4”x8-1/4” and the actual image size 4-1/4”x 2-15/16”. It is titled lower left in pencil “Chicago Landmark” and signed in pencil lower right “James Swann”. Frame is in excellent condition and is ready to display.
