This particular stick is an uncommon 2017 Hardwired "Glitch" logo stick - pretty uncommon stick from that timeframe and was a special edition. I have two sticks available as of the start of this listing (I purchased a set in 2017, but selling them individually) in case you are interesting in buying a complete pair.
