Description: Rare! Early c1953 PAPERMATE Joined Double Heart BALLPOINT PEN Green/Gold vintage Very rare early PaperMate. The first PaperMates were produced in 1950. This style came out in 1953 and was soon replaced by others. Measures about 5 inches long. GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION: Functions perfectly. The gold coloring is mostly worn off the clasp and there is significant wear to the gold on the rest of the pen--though not noticeable at arm's length unless it catches the light just right.
