These were usually put out by the railroads and was an addition to expansionism advertising to get people to both ride their trains as well as move and populate new unsettled areas. This was a great time in American history. This is in very good used condition with some age appropriate wear see pics. Its over100 years old so don't expect it to be perfect. Its amazing it survived all these years. A great piece to add to your collection.
