The week-long course culminates with each manager having to submit a written paper on these values. The Walt and You program was designed to connect the Walt Disney World of today with Walt's Disneyland. After a manager successfully completes the course, they must apply something that they have learned from the course to their business. After thirty days they come under review and, if approved, are then awarded the pin. The pin is a gold sculpted metal color with a blue sapphire color jewel element in the middle that really sticks out. On top of the jewel is a gold sculpted metal color Cinderella Castle. The pin reads "1955 Tradition Heritage Culture". The pin is small enough that the cast managers could wear the pin on their cast member name tag badge. Pin measures 5/8 x 3/4 inches.
