Description: Very Rare Authentic South Texas Folsom Projectile Point, Arrowhead, Dart South Texas Prehistoric Native American Artifact, with greater concentrations in the Llano Estacado and Panhandle Regions of Texas, Paleo-Indian (9000 to 8200 BC), Late Pleistocene Glacial Period, White Chert most likely from the Edwards Plateau, Excellent Condition. This point was discovered in 1926 by J. D. Figgins near Folsom New Mexico. The Folsom and Clovis Points are similar both with flutes, but the Clovis Point is larger, thicker, and not well made and lacks sharp pointed basal corners.
