Designed by John Moyer Smith and produced circa 1878. Colours: shades of grays, whites, black and Tan. Heraldic Shields in the top left and bottom right of the Celtic decorated border. Mounted in a frame 13.75 “ Square. Pre owned in Great Antique Condition wear consistent with age. Some crazing, Some wear to edges and possible residue from when it was used.
