Description: Rare Antique BAUSCH & LOMB Brass Physician's Microscope Patented Oct 3, 1876Exceptional condition for it's age. Everything appears to be in good working order. All moving parts are snug and articulate well. The lacquered brass is beautifully toned and has not been refinished or polished. The black lacquered claw foot still gleams like new and has not been refinished. Glass stage has no cracks or chips. The eyepiece looks clear but might need a light cleaning. The two objective lens are marked as follows....Lens 1 reads: PARA 2/3 INLens 2 reads: Spencer Lens Co Homog. Immer 1.8 MM N.A.1.30. 95X Will be packed and shipped with excessive protection to insure safe delivery.
