RARE Antique ABP ? Harvard Trellis Hobnail Hobstar Cut Glass HUGE 11.5” Ashtray

Description: PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND VIEW ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY USING ZOOM. ALL FLAWS MAY NOT BE VISIBLE BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST IDEA AS TO ITS OVERALL CONDITION. This piece seems to be very rare. I have not been able to find any information on it; i could not find another nor could i find the maker, age, or pattern name. It is HUGE it measures around 11.5” across and 3” in height. It weighs over 9.5 pounds. It has 4 cigar rests measuring about 1” in width. Unfortunately, it does have 2 chips near one of the rests on the interior rim (see photos) as well as a much smaller chip on the interior rim. It has surface scratches on both the interior and exterior; most are faint but some are more visible. There are some scuffs and scratches on the cut design; mainly underneath where it would touch a surface ( i have added some photos of the type of scuffs i am refering to). There is also a small nick underneath. I think that it is a cut glass ABP piece but it may be crystal? I believe it is antique but it may just be vintage. Unfortunately, i can not be sure because i could not find any information on it. From what i can see, it is not signed. It will need some light cleaning to remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.This piece is very heavy and it was difficult to hold it up to the light to check for flaws; It is likely that i have overlooked some additional small flaws; the piece is large and the pattern is busy so things likely slipped by. Each flaw has not been specifically mentioned or shown in the photos. Buyer should expect more wear than what is visible or mentioned. SOLD AS IS. Please view all photos using zoom.
