The Makers in PA truly adhere to the old saying "Waste Not Want Not" Sometimes this type item would be termed to be a Make-Do Item which is highly collected as well. Measuring 3.25" long/tall at tallest portion of cutter, 3.25" in width (at widest portion of round surround portion edge to edge) cutter, and just over 75" in cutter depth (taller than most). This heart shape tin cookie cutter is easy to use. It has a simple & classic flatback (which makes it an earlier one) and a charming heart folk art theme.
