Description: Anthurium Friedrichsthaliiis native to Central and South America, particularly from Costa Rica to Colombia. It grows in tropical forests as an epiphyte, often found clinging to trees where it benefits from the high humidity and filtered light under the forest canopy. Anthurium friedrichsthalii, commonly known as the laceleaf or Friedrichsthals anthurium, is a striking aroid species prized for its elongated, velvet leaves. The leaves are narrow and lance-shaped, with prominent midribs and a velvety texture, often growing on tall, slender petioles. She isa very well established one with 2 inflorescence 22" tall by 18" wide that had just pushed out her longest leaf and new leaves are much longer than the older ones and it happens fast. Longest leaf measures 16" long ( not including the petioles) . She is a stunning plant to add to your collection. It will take some time to get her to this size. She has acclimated to a regular household temps without the need for extra humidity. I have her in my family room that gets indirect western sun and she loves it!
