Description: The postmark date is Mar 14 1994 from the Bronx New York Fordham Station. However, in 1994 the price of a stamp was 29 cents. It did not increase increase to 32 cents until January 1. 1995. Also, the Peach stamp design was not issued until July 1995. Therefore, this item must have been mailed in mid-July 1995 (at the earliest)...... however, it shows a postmark date of Mar 14 1994! It is in good condition with some wear-- a few minor folds. This is a very unusual piece that would make a great addition any philatelic collection.
