Description: Up for sale is a watch commonly referred to as the Seamaster "Calypso". Accordingly to some collectors, that nickname has been used so widely that even Omega themselves have now adopted it on their site/historical watch database. Due to its size and design, it has benefitted for a surge in popularity over the years despite being a quartz watch. I purchased this watch from the original owner who bought it in the early 1980s. He had it serviced by Omega a little over 10 years ago but it largely sat in the box since. It is in remarkable condition and features the original box and paperowork as well as the service paperwork. This is a nice find and a tough watch to beat.
