Description: RARE Vintage Dated NOV.1968 Texaco DEXRON TEXAMATIC AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION fluid CANS FULL! AUCTION IS FOR TWO CANS! What makes this special is they contain WHALE OIL for GM cars. If you have a classic General Motors Pontiac GTO, Firebird, Tempest etc, car, your original transmission is begging you to use this. Whale Oil was outlawed in 1973 due the Endangered Species Act. When they switched over to regular transmission fluid, GM had a mass recall for transmission failure. GM had to redesign their transmissions for the new fluid. These are left over from when I had my 69 GTO. Condition of the cans is average with some dents, and some paint loss,and color's faded, but THE VALUE HERE is in the WHALE oil, and your transmission will thank you! Good Luck!
