These rare cards includes snowshoe, racing, wrestling, motorboat racing, croquet, softball, swimming, badminton, polo, lawn tennis, as well as the major sports that we know of today. This card is the Skiing today card which of course the “today” of 1949 is quite different than the today of 2024 :-) This history shows skiing as vying with hockey for Canada’s number one winter sport! Hockey definitely won that battle. The five competitions of skiing listed in 1949 are also very few compared to today! This PSA 8 has a population of 1 with only 1 higher graded version.
