Description: A good copy of a very rare signed first edition by Margaret Flint (Margaret Flint Jacobs); born in Orono, Maine and Flint settled in West Baldwin sometime after the success of her first novel, The Old Ashburn Place. Hinges well used but binding is firm; covers show wear and fading, and the spine is quite faded. Inside clear and good; author signed on flyleaf.
