Description: This is a rare, original 1899 dime novel from the Deadwood Dick Library, Vol. 5, No. 62. It was published by The Arthur Westbrook Co in the United States and is written in English. The book is part of the historical fiction genre and is authored by Edward L Wheeler. It is a limited edition, numbered copy and is not personalized or signed. The book is unbound and is a single unit. Amazing rare book aimed at the young readers around the turn of the century. WARNING: Some of the spelling and wording may be offensive. I have photographed a few examples of the writings of the day. This 135 year old pulp dime novel is extremely fragile and must be handled with extreme care. While attempting to take photographs I inadvertently separated the first page from the rest of text. The remainder of book and text is still intact. Top right corner is damaged but no other rips, tears, creases or markings. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS. Book has been in my possession for over 50 years and offered from a pet and smoke free private collection.
