Signed in full and dated on the publication date by Ramke on the front cover. Ramke also inscribed the book on the title page: “For …, For the future…” The book and jacket are very fine, protected in mylar on the day it was received. The keepsake is sunned along two edges where it protruded from the book. Personal inscriptions of this title on the day of publication are extremely rare.
