Please scroll through all 18 photos. Cover has a pebbled leather finish, but we can't verify if the cover is actual leather. Front cover has an embossed design. Spine has gold foil embossed lettering. Wear to the cover is mainly at top and bottom of spine and on the lower outer corners (see last 2 photos). There is a name neatly handwritten on inside of front cover. There is a 1/2-inch tear at top of the front end paper where it attaches to the 1st page.
