Shipping We offer free shipping to the continental United States on most products, but there are exceptions. All items are shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 1 business day, via USPS or FedEx. There is a $5 shipping charge to Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Protectorates. We participate in the eBay International Shipping Program, shipping charges shown are through eBay. We do offer more expedited services at a cost. In an effort to reduce landfill waste in the communities we serve, packaging materials may be used or repurposed from our Restores to safely ship the items you order. Questions, Messages, Offers We work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (PST). We answer most questions, messages, and offers by the next business. Since we are not in the office Saturday and Sunday, offers sent on the weekends may go unanswered.
