In my honest opinion, i believe this would be considered to be in 'very good' condition: Very GoodA book that does not look new and has been read but is in excellent condition. No obvious damage to the cover, with the dust jacket (if applicable) included for hard covers. No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections. Great book about the Colorado Manitou and Pikes Peak Railway that was written in 1998. The front cover has a spot where you can write in the "date, time, temperature, Conductor and Engineer's names on it" I don't see any writing, highlighting torn pages etc. 25 pages long 8 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" tall Some of our items are pre-owned, vintage, or antique and so may show signs of previous wear or age. We strive to try to take as accurate images as possible. Some of these images are extremely close up and so may show reflections or imperfections that would otherwise only be seen with magnification.
