Description: R & Y AUGOUSTI Inlaid Bamboo DECOR/JEWELRY BOX. The condition has some noticeable normal wear. The lacquer in very small places has lifted. Along the opening edge for the lid placement shows some wear. Due to the lids snug fit, the lining has been pushed down in places. It is subtle though I want the buyer to know. Again refer to the photos and enlarge. On the wood base it appears to be a stress point in the woods grain. It is not cracked through at all. Carefully looking at the pictures it is barely noticeable. The black paint is thin in places due to use, an easy touch up for the buyer. I have priced this piece considering the the wear. I do not accept returns, so be sure you have carefully looked it over. I am available for questions. Even with the areas of wear, it is still a beautiful piece. This is a beautiful work of craftsmanship. It was made in the Phillipines, where the bamboo is native.
