Description: Queen Victoria Costume Includes: Dress (top and skirt), Necklace, Crown, Large Rhinestone Order of the Garter, Sash, Veil, Cameo Order with Bow, and Hoop Skirt This costume was put together over time. As I found each element I added it to the box. The cameo order of Victoria and Albert was made by me. The very large Order of the Garter is a vintage (almost antique) item I found on eBay years ago. All rhinestones are there, none missing. This item alone is worth the price of the costume. The queen's double bar pin was also hand made. The small imperial crown has been reinforced on the top as it is delicate.The dress was made from light weight velvet burnout fabric. It has quite a bit of stretch to it. It is actually two pieces. The skirt has an elastic waist and will fit an extra large quite easily. If it is too big, use a black elastic belt to hold it up. The dummy is about equivalent to a 5'8" person and the skirt goes to the floor. There is no hem and the skirt can be shortened by cutting an inch or two off the bottom. It does not ravel. I recommend wearing a white lace blouse underneath to complete the look.
