It does NOT have an AF motor built in, so make sure your camera body has the AF motor to operate the lens. The cheaper Nikon bodies tend to not have the AF motor, so double check, please. The AF, and Aperture have been tested, and the glass has been checked for Fungus and Haze. It will have dust, because of its age. It comes with what you see. No other accessories.
