It will NOT adhere to rubber, silicon, TPU, soft touch coatings or hydrophobic (water resistant) glass. Always ensure the application surface is thoroughly cleaned (with alcohol) and dry before applying the adaptor. The 3M™ VHB adhesive is a single use adhesive, it is NOT re-usable. Not all phones or cases are compatible with the 3M™ VHB™ tape. Please ensure a sufficient bond has been achieved by the 3M™ tape before use. OK - As a guide, cases manufactured from a hard plastic such as Polycarbonate or ABS with a smooth, non textured surface work well. If the case is over-moulded or manufactured from two materials, make sure the rear of the case where you plan to stick the adaptor is made from a hard material. NOT OK - Rubber, leather, TPU, silicon or heavily textured cases do NOT bond well to the 3M™ VHB™ tape. Always clean the application surface with alcohol and let dry before adhering the adaptor.
