The strip was created by Dr. Nicholas P. Dallis and the original artist was Alex Kotzky. Many papers carried this strip asAPARTMENT 3-G. Upon Dallis’ death, in 1991, Kotzy assumed the writing duties. In 1996, when Kotzy died, his son, Brian, assumed art duties and scripting went to Lisa Trusiani. In 1999, Frank Bolle stepped in to replace Brian Kotzy. Around 2006, Margaret Shulock assumed scripting for the balance of the series.
