However when I found him in the early '80's, he had nothing to pull. Over the last 40+ years, I've been trying to find a picture of him in an old toy book to see what he was originally pulling, but so far, no hint! So now (DOWNSIZING STINKS) it's time to let go, and let someone younger find what he pulled. He was on a shelf in my toy/bank room with a little red wagon behind him. (I'll list that later) But that wagon was not with him originally. So now he's for sale all alone. He does stand alone, but leans just a bit, and that wheel is fixed, it will not turn. The 11 photos and 1 scan show him from many different sides, but you have to hold him in your hand to feel the super smooth iron. Remember "TH OLDER THE IRON, THE SMOOTHER THE IRON?" So my personal guess is 1880's, but pulling what? Did you notice that cute little tail? One photo shows that up close as well. He is ABSOLUTELY A PUG DOG, AND OLD! Any ideas who made him?
