Therefore, it does not seem surprising to me that the author wanted to remain anonymous. If the citizens had known at that time to what extent the property tax would be continued today and to what heights it would have been driven, then the author would have acted wisely in remaining anonymous. - First title page slightly browned, but overall quite clean.
