Description: Magnificently beautiful antique Prov Saxe ES Germany porcelain trinket box. This lovely piece features a hand-painted rose floral detail on the lid and all four sides. The interior of the box is painted gold. The base of the box is fully marked, signed and dated. The box measures approximately 5" in length x 3-1/2" in width x 2-1/2" in height (with the lid on). I do not see any crack, break or crazing, but there are a few tiny dings along the interior rim. These are very small and easy to overlook. Please see pictures. This box is very feminine and beautiful, and it would be an exceptionally thoughtful and kind gift for a loved one.
