Description: This is a new dress with tags. I labeled with defect because the inside of the dress has a few makeup stains from being tired on. The tags are still attached. Out side of dress so very little signs of wear or dirt. There maybe a few tiny spots here or there if you look hard enough. Bottom of dress is very clean. Dress with come with belt accessory that ties in the back. Dress does not appear to be altered, but I don't know for sure. If you want images of the inside seams so you can judge for your self, I can do that. Straps are convertible to criss cross in the back, however they are not detachable. They can also have two length options allowing you to either tighten or loosen the straps by about an inch.
