Description: Vintage Clip Art Software from the Early 1990's SoftAge Publishing Professional Clip Art Gallery Includes a Clip Art Gallery Picture Guide book and a folded 17-inch x 22-inch double-sided poster with thumbnail images of the graphics. The original box is not included, but the front and back panels from the box were retained. Previously installed clip art software with over 350 graphic images--not currently installed on any computer. The three original 3.5-inch floppy disks include graphic image files in compressed format, which required software installation for individual graphic image file extraction. An additional three 3.5-inch floppy disks backup copy was made of the original three disks and included. After the software was installed, the graphic image files were saved on the computer hard drive in several folders in "pcx" format. These graphic image files were copied onto nine 3.5-inch floppy disks. Sample graphic images are included with the pictures. Note that a graphics editing application was used to convert the graphic images from "pcx" format to "jpg" format for posting on eBay, however, the converted images were the same size and quality. All disks were recently tested using a Windows 10 computer with an external USB floppy disk drive. Also, all disks were backed up onto a CD disc with each floppy disk copied to a different folder on the CD disc. The backup onto the CD disc was performed with Windows 10 computer, and the CD disc format is readable with Windows 95 or newer computers. The graphic image files on the 9 floppy disks and on the CD disc can be used by any program compatible with "pcx" files. It is not necessary to install the software. Note that the software was designed for vintage 386 or 486 computers and would not install or run on modern computers, however, the extracted graphic image files are usable with any computer with an application that uses "pcx" files.
