The G226 Preamplifier Mixer is a professional grade mixer with 10-Band Graphic Equalizer and six Balanced XLR Mic inputs with individual Speech Filters for exceptional vocal quality. The front panel also has a large VU Meter w/ defeat & +10dB settings, 1/4" Headphone jack with Level adjust, and separate output levels for Aux, Music and Master. The rear panel also has an XLR jack for Mic Level and binding posts for a Mute Switch, Phone line and six Mic remote controls, and an AC outlet. This G226 has feet installed to protect your surfaces, they are easily removed for rack mounting. It weighs in at just under 15 lbs and measures about 19″ x 12″ x 5.5" tall including the feet. Condition:This beautiful mixer is in "Very Good" condition with minor signs of use and a nice, clean front panel! After a close inspection, we found sharp corners to the cabinet and feet and no signs of previous mounting, if it weren't for just a few light scratches to the front panel we would have had no problem calling this beauty fully "Mint!" A new RCA Audio Cable is included. It came to us without feet so we installed the new, high-quality rubber feet pictured, they can easily be removed for rack mounting. The manual has gone missing and we were not able to find one online, but no worries, if you have any questions just use our Free Support and we'll be glad to help. Please inspect the pictures thoroughly for actual condition. Service:On inspection, this unit did work with some inconsistency to the controls, so it went to our tech for servicing. The unit was dismantled to gain access to every pot and switch so they could be cleaned internally with Specialist Contact Cleaner (proven superior to DeoxIT by our customers). All the faders were treated with DeoxIT F5, specifically designed to clean and lubricate faders. While open, all electrolytic caps were inspected for bulging or leakage and all PC boards were inspected with all questionable solder joints re-flowed. It's this kind of thoughtful, preventative servicing that makes it smart to buy from a company with an experienced, in-house technician.Testing:We set this up on our test bench and it passed with flying colors! It powered right up, pumping out clear, distortion-free audio with no hum or buzz! All inputs, outputs and front panel controls work as intended, including the VU meter and equalizer.
