All you have to do is create the center circle and attach to your project. The hard work is already completed for you. So fun to work with these circles! All fabrics are 100% quality cotton fabric, cut directly off the bolt, steam pressed and rotary cut in my smoke and pet free home. Fabrics are NOT washed.
