Description: This auction is for a Primitive One Of A Kind (OOAK) Valentine's Day Black Kitty Cat Pin Keep with Heart 'tree'. I made them using my own, original pattern. The Black Kitty Cat is approximately 4 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide. The Pin Keep is approximately 1 1/2 inches thick and 4 inches across, making the overall height of the item approximately 5 1/2 inches tall. I made the kitty cat out of tea-dyed muslin, painted it black, then sanded it down to make it look old and worn. The 'collar' is a woven, red ribbon. The eyes are glass and are glued on. The nose and mouth are embroidered, using black embroidery thread. The whiskers are white sisal twine. The Pin Keep is made from cotton fabric with different colored hearts and other designs in colors of purple, red, green and some black highlights. On the left side of the pin keep, I pinned on a heart-shaped tag that says 'YOU HAD ME AT MEOW'. The pin I used is a black, pear-shaped one. I also pinned a crystal bead from a vintage necklace, onto the pin keep. The Heart 'Tree' is one that I made using rusty tin wire and 5 red hearts that I cut out from red fabric, then covered with good quality red glitter. I twisted the wires together at the bottom and put them into a wooden base that I painted barn red. The 'tree' is approximately 6 inches tall and 8 inches wide. The hearts are approximately 1 inch by 1 inch. Thank you for looking at my auction!
