Description: This auction is for a used Joystick controller that was removed from a Jazzy Select GT. This is the 4-prong controller and is one of the most widely used controllers in the Jazzy line (Select, Select Elite, Select GT, Elite ES, and Select 6 - if the number on the bottom of your controller is D51157.01 then this is the correct joystick controller). I did not have a charger or the correct batteries for this power chair, but I did hook up a couple other batteries to be able to test the function of this chair. As you can see in the pictures this joystick controller is in very nice cosmetic condition and as you can see in the video, it works just as nice.
