It is a size 2X by Simply Elegant It measures approximately 25" across(armpit to armpit) and approximately 31 " shoulder seam to bottom hem. It is black and white and has very figure flattering vertical stripes(except on the sleeves and around the bottom).This is a beautiful top! My apologies,again, it DOES need to be ironed.
