I lightly wipe single piece jewelry, I DO NOT CLEAN ANY JEWELRY IN LOTS AT ALL AS I LEAVE UP TO NEW OWNER. I do not test any jewelry . Comes from smoke free home. Business days are Monday - Friday (the exception being when there is a USPS holiday) I do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. I do not accept returns on lots as I do not always know every single piece in the lots. When buying multiple items that go to same address I will combine and ship together .
