The "reddot" is where it can not be seen installed so if your rules call for "stock springs" these appear "stock" they should pass any visual tech. We did not source these springs but I did see the OEM invoice and they are offered here at below original cost.... this is a perfect spring where rules call for "stock springs" we have tested these springs to over 6700rpm on a mild 212cc predator, I set the installed spring height at .815. The description in the sales literature called these "heat treated springs" that did not loose their rate like a stock type spring does... these will fit the Hemi head WITHOUT machine work... as well as the non hemi head.
