The figurine measures 5 1/2" tall by 3 1/4" wide.The issue date is 1990.It is stamped on the bottom with a flower. This figurine comes in its original box with the card and paperwork as shown in the photo array. All of my Precious Moments figurines were acquired from a gift shop that was going out of business. They are all NEW and in their original boxes. I cannot guarantee that the gift shop did not display them as samples. Most of the items have their paperwork.
