Description: Original Pre WWI and WWI Swiss M.1889 and M.1911 Schmidt Rubin rifle sling. The sling is dark brown leather and has a leather button and adjustment holes on each end. The sling is marked with a Swiss Sattler marking on one end and a cross/K in a cartouche on the other end, the writing on the Sattler mark is illegible. The sling is supple and has no tears in the leather. These slings are scarce and make a nice addition to a rifle.
