There are other pre cut kits out there, but we have machined slots foryour weights, other’s have you figure out how to attach the weights. These are CNC cut for the Pinewood Derby. Listing is just for the Pre Cut block of Wood. You will still need the standard kit for thewheels and axles. The tungsten ¼” cubeweights can be purchased on ebay or the web. You could also use lead or other weights, but this wedge has been designedfor maximum kinetic energy with the center of mass using tungsten cubes. Use 5 Cubes in the back slot, and fill in thelarge slot with enough to get to 5 Oz. There are also 3/16” and 1/8” tungsten cubes on ebay to fine tune or get to exactly 5 Oz.
