Description: This is a nice group of letters, written by one ex-pow to another, within weeks of liberation. One letter is a letter of praise to the parents of a p.o.w. from another telling about them being held in an air raid shelter, used as a hospital for P.O.W's, and how he was such a help to the others in the shelter, Great discription of the work he did. the other letter is from one p.o.w. to another, Remembering the hard times as a German P.O.W. and liberation. All were written as the war was still going on against Japan. Very interesting, glimps of p.o.w. life, in thier own words. A very nice group. A very nice displayable group, with history. Overall condition is good, with just typical wear. See photos for condition. Overseas bidders contact me before bidding. Winner will pay shipping fees. All items sold as is.
