Sights and scenes of Korea when under Japanese control in the 1920s and 1930s. Primarily shows many places in the beautiful Mount Kongo region. The postcards produced from photographs and, in a few cases, paintings. Both colour and black-and-white images. A good and large compilation of 222 cards and including a couple of two-card panoramas. Souvenir date stamps to many of the images as was the fashion at the time. Captions to a good number of the postcards in English but primarily Japanese text.
