Description: I just purchased a bunch of these panels and they cover many different subjects. I am listing them as I have time and will be putting more and more of them up as I go. From what I know they are from the Postal Commemorative Society in Norwalk CT. They were issued from early 1970's through the early 1980's from what I can tell. The original owner kept everything that came with them and those papers are also included in this item. It even has the original envelope they came in. Some of them even have receipts and dates on those. My asking price I think is reasonable and I am willing to work with you on the pricing, especially if you want to purchase more than one of them. The shipping will all be USPS Ground Advantage as that is the cheapest way to ship them. Each package weighs 7oz and is 12x15. If you have questions please let me know, I have already packed them up and just need to add a label to ship them, so they will go out fast.
