Description: Gaiety shaker, produced starting in 1933/34 right at the end of prohibition, complete with strainer. Enamel on cocktail shaker body is in good shape and there is very little wear to the shaker's chrome body.There are six matching chrome glass holders with sixruby glass roll-poly inserts. The Gaiety shakers are relatively common unless you wantthe strainer, then they are a little harder to find. Harder stillwhen you want six chrome cups .... but if you add to all thissix roly poly glasses to complete the set ... wellthen you have a real wow-factor. Please note that the items I sell are original antique or vintage items and most of them will have been used for the purpose that was intended so with chrome you can expect some lightscratches that usually polish out.
