As of Fusion Strike, Copag (the official Brazilian manufacturer for Pokémon) no longer uses the stamped plastic wrap to seal their booster boxes, instead enclosing all packs within the box with a rip strip, and sealing the front flap with an official adhesive seal - thus making boxes basically un-resealable (and saving money in the manufacturing process, because capitalism :P).
