Description: Bulk, loose Ponderosa pine cones (25) from the inland northwest northern Idaho area. Each cone is sustainably handpicked after it has naturally fallen to the ground. They are then soaked in vinegar water, rinsed well, and baked at 250 degrees until fully dried and open. Please be aware some sap/resin may remain on some cones, but the baking process eliminates the stickiness and hardens it to a clear varnish. There are some variations in color and size from gray to brown, and 2.5 - 4 inches tall, most being about 3-3.5 inches. These are left natural and untreated and are great for Christmas decorating, ornaments, garlands, DIY fire starters, wreaths, wedding decor, rustic home decor, crafts, and much more. Orders are for 25 cones each, and each order will have 1-2 extra cones added in case of damage in shipping, crafting "oops," or just because :).
