The Pokemon you can receive in Guardian Signs are divided via two distribution methods - the Oblivia Heatran, Deoxys’ and Shaymin are distributed via Mystery Gift, while Manaphy is distributed via an on-boot connection that exclusively exists for Ranger Manaphy Eggs. In order to have the Manaphy Egg be distributed to your game, the only requirement you will need to meet regardless of if you are sending in Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver, is simply unlock the Pokedex, which can be done naturally extremely early and easily in each game. When the Pokemon Ranger sends out the distribution, a new menu option will show up on the game’s main menu simply labeled “Link with Pokemon Ranger”. From there, I will distribute the Manaphy Egg to your game. All you need to do after it has been distributed is to visit any PokeMart and talk to the man in green who stands in front of the counter. You will then be given your new Manaphy Egg! In regards to the Mystery Gift Pokemon, Oblivia Heatran, Shaymin and a Deoxys, there are one of two ways I can send you them. The first method is, of course, using Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs’s built-in Mystery Gift system to directly distribute the three event Pokemon to the game(s) you send in. If sending in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and/or Platinum, the Mystery Gift menu must be unlocked. If you have not reached Jubilife City and have not unlocked Mystery Gift, you will be unable to participate in this distribution service. For those who have reached Jubilife City (which you likely have since you go there even before the first gym badge) and do not have Mystery Gift unlocked, you can unlock it like so: On the 3rd Floor of the Jubilife TV Station, you will find this couple. Talk to the guy, and when he asks you to input a greeting, put “EVERYONE HAPPY” as the first two words, followed by “WI-FI CONNECTION” as the next two. If you did everything correctly, you should now have the Mystery Gift option in the main menu. If sending in Pokemon HeartGold and/or SoulSilver, the Mystery Gift menu option will automatically unlock as soon as you fight your rival for the first time. Assuming you have Mystery Gift unlocked on either Generation 4 game and wish to receive them via the first method, please be aware that if there isn’t enough space in your Wonder Card inventory that I will have to delete them to make space for the three Guardian Signs Wonder Cards, and more importantly, so that I can actually distribute the event Pokemon to your game(s). You will then be given your new Heatran, Deoxys and Shaymin! Assuming you wish to receive the Manaphy Egg via a direct distribution as well, then the Egg will also be available for you to receive alongside the other three event Pokemon. The second method I can do for this service is for me to use Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs’s built-in Mystery Gift distribution on my own copy of a Generation 4 Pokemon game, transfer the event Pokemon to it, and then trade said event Pokemon over to the game you sent over to me. Now, you may likely be asking “why would I ever consider this method over the other?” Well, there’s actually a handful of reasons as to why you might want this. For one, if you’re full on Wonder Cards and don’t want to delete any for the three event Pokemon (they each have their own respective Wonder Card), then I can trade you over the three instead of having to replace three Wonder Cards. Another reason would be if you have already had any of these three event Pokemon sent to your game in the past and no longer have access to it; Mystery Gifts can only be redeemed once, so if you want to get said Mystery Gift Pokemon again, you’ll need to trade it over. This ESPECIALLY applies to the Deoxys, as despite there being four of them, each being considered different event Pokemon, you can only actually receive one of them per game, as the Wonder Cards are all tracked under the same number. So if you happen to want multiple Deoxys, then the others will need to be traded. In regards to Manaphy, a good reason is that having the Egg be traded from another game onto yours removes the shiny lock, resulting in the possibility of it hatching into a shiny Manaphy. Another reason is if you want multiple of the same event Pokemon on one cartridge for any reason (see bonuses section for more information). Please be aware this method would require you capturing Pokemon for use as trade fodder. Both methods have their own reasons for being done, but I assume it’s safe to bet most people would rather go with method one for obvious reasons. If you do not meet the requirements mentioned above to receive the event Pokemon but send in your cartridge(s) believing you do meet them, I will unfortunately refund you and send your cartridge(s) back, though I cannot refund shipping. Please try to avoid this outcome at all costs; I assure you it’s not fun for either party. Bonuses:POTENTIAL SHINY MANAPHY - If you would like the possibility of your Manaphy being shiny, please let me know so I can first send the egg over to my copy of the game and then trade it over to you. This is the only way to remove the shiny lock on the egg. Please be aware that you will need to catch a Pokemon for use as trade fodder (or if you have purchased multiple eggs, multiple Pokemon). For example, if you want to buy one complete bundle of the Manaphy Egg, Oblivia Shaymin, Heatran, and a Deoxys, and then went to buy an additional Deoxys, that would be $29 for one bundle and then $14 for the second Oblivia Shaymin due to it being the start of a second bundle ($1 off each bundle due to the discounts as shown below). As stated prior though, the Deoxys count separately and are a $5 increase per up to the 4th Deoxys. Naturally some of them require a bit of a different process, such as if you want the Oak’s Letter distribution service performed on a Japanese copy of Platinum, I would instead distribute the authentic Japanese Wonder Card instead of the English one since it wouldn’t work properly, but the end result would still be the same ans result in you receiving an authentic Oak’s Letter. “Do I have to send in my system along with the game?”In regards to cartridges being played on GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS, no - those cartridges’ save files are stored within the cartridges themselves, rather than something like the Nintendo Switch save files, which are stored on the system itself regardless of if playing a game physically or digitally. For non-cartridge/digital games however, most of which in this case refer to the 3DS (eShop, Virtual Console), then yes, you would need to send in your entire system. “Is there any way we can communicate outside of eBay messaging?”Yes - you are free to send me a friend request and message me on Discord via my ID of Mvw#0426 - this is very likely the best way to message me, as I’m very active on there (though before friending me, please send a message on eBay letting me know of you sending a friend request so I know who sent it and whether or not to accept said friend request or not.). I’m aware that many will want me to transfer these up into Bank and Home for trading purposes, and yes, I can go ahead and do that too if you so wish. The estimated shipping and delivery times only show as such a long time purely so I can give the customer as long of a time period as I possibly can to mail their game out. As mentioned in the previous question’s response, eBay expects me to purchase and prepare a shipping label after a certain period of time, so I have the maximum shipping time set to give as much time as possible for the customer to get their package ready and the like.
